Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Contract to hire Data Entry Clerk for our client in the St. Louis Metro Area. The position is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $21-$22 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining and updating survey data, creating reports and graphs, and coordinating survey-related programs. Candidates should have strong data entry skills and Excel proficiency, with prior administrative experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update survey data, records, reports, and related documentation.
• Collect, compile, and analyze information from multiple sources to support surveys, reporting, and special projects.
• Create reports, data comparisons, graphs, and other materials while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support using established department procedures and guidelines.
• Coordinate survey-related programs, events, and administrative activities.
• Process and organize department documents, including contracts, invoices, correspondence, and other records.
