The role requires 8-12 years of experience in data engineering or analytics and a strong track record in leading technical teams. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in SQL and Python, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. This position is office-based for 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform development.
• 3-5+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Proven experience building enterprise data platforms supporting reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers.
• Establish engineering best practices across data pipelines and operations.
