Job summary

EY is seeking a Data Engineering Manager in the United States to design and build AI and analytics solutions that deliver business value. You will collaborate with data professionals, manage data architecture, and ensure alignment with client needs across hybrid teams.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience in data engineering, strong Python/R/SQL skills, and a solid background in cloud architecture and data security. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Applied Math, Analytics, or related preferred.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience developing scalable data solutions using Python, R, and SQL, with expertise in data engineering, data pipelines, streaming architectures, and big data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure quality in all processes.
• Engage with clients daily, participate in working sessions, and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Implement resource plans and budgets while managing engagement economics.
