Job summary

DataCamp is seeking a Learning Solutions Architect to partner with customers, delivering live training (virtual and onsite) and creating tailored learning materials on the DataCamp platform. You’ll map to roles, tools, and outcomes, and collaborate with Success, Sales, Product and Content to drive adoption and measurable skill uplift for high-value customers.

In this role you will teach across personas, adapt content quickly, and travel occasionally for onsite delivery, with a focus on data

Qualifications

Loves to teach and train in virtual or onsite classrooms.
Broad data engineering experience with Snowflake/Databricks.
2+ years in technical training, analytics education, or similar roles.
Ability to tailor content to diverse personas (analyst, engineer, exec).
Strong communicator who simplifies complex topics for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging live training (virtual and onsite) for customers.
Create tailored learning materials and courses on the DataCamp platform.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Content to scope learning paths.
Publish reusable content to accelerate adoption and measurable skill uplift.
