Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Technology partners to understand existing solutions/products, business needs and priorities.
• Shape solution design in alignment with overall business strategy and Technology Service’s roadmap.
• Design, develop, deploy and support scalable data pipelines and data products that enable business intelligence, advanced analytics, and data science use cases.
• Optimize data solutions and infrastructure for improved performance, reliability, and cost savings.
• Understand and articulate the benefits of reusable patterns and products developed by the team to potential adopters.
• Stay current with emerging data engineering, AI-assisted development, and analytics technologies, and proactively recommend innovative approaches that improve engineering productivity, scalability, and business outcomes.

Education

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required; Computer Science, Information Technology or other technical related field.

Qualifications

• Inquisitive — Curious about learning new technologies and approaches
• Driven — Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating with clients and team members.
• Hands On – Technical experience building data pipelines and managing Cloud environments.

• Data Platforms (At least 1 - Databricks, MS Fabric, Snowflake, AWS Redshift)
• Cloud Engineering (At least 1 - AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, etc.)

• Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau)

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $65,000 - $104,650 Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
