Job summary

CTG is seeking a Data Engineer with Snowflake, AWS and Azure experience to design and implement scalable data management and analytics solutions in Dallas. The role focuses on ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and cross-platform integration for enterprise workloads.

You'll work with Spark, Hadoop, PySpark, Python and SQL to optimize performance and ensure data security, governance and compliance across large-scale environments. 4-month contract in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven Data Engineer experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing and managing large-scale data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
• Knowledge of data security, governance, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise data management and analytics solutions.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and cloud-based technologies.
• Build and maintain data warehouses and data integration using Snowflake and Teradata.
• Develop complex data engineering components across platforms.
• Work with Spark, Hadoop, and PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Develop efficient data solutions using Python and SQL.
• Optimize pipelines, queries, data models, and warehouse performance.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into centralized analytics environments.
• Implement data security, governance, quality, and compliance best practices.
• Troubleshoot data integration and performance issues; improve reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
