Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Senior Data Engineer - Level 3 to turn data into mission-critical insights and deliver data products and models to support spares, repairs, and long-term sustainment decisions for the IFG Sustainment Program.

You will scope and compile data from internal and external sources, develop supply chain models, collaborate with the F-22 SPO, and deliver repeatable and ad-hoc reports to senior leadership, driving cost reductions and performance

Qualifications

• Experience with relational databases, SQL and ETL/data warehousing principles.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or IBM Cognos.
• Experience with data mining and cleansing, recognizing and correcting errors to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Senior Data Engineer - Level 3 at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX, responsible for turning data into mission-critical insights and delivering data products and models to support spares, repairs, and long-term sustainment decisions for the IFG Sustainment Program.

Responsibilities

• Scope and compile data from various internal and external sources to support spares modeling and performance metrics.

• Experience with Tableau, IBM Cognos, or other data visualization tools
• Experience with data mining and cleansing, recognizing and correcting errors/discrepancies and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data
• Experience with problem-solving and troubleshooting/resolving complex technical issues.

• Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
• Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
