Job summary

Woven by Toyota is seeking a backend software engineer focused on data engineering and analytics for ADAS/simulation. You will design data pipelines, build scalable data models, and deliver cloud-native workflows for large-scale validation and analytics applications.

Experience with Python, SQL, NoSQL (DynamoDB), and cloud platforms is essential, along with strong communication skills and collaboration across teams. Hybrid/workflow options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional backend software development experience.
• Experience with Python in web and data contexts and SQL/schema design.
• Cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and NoSQL familiarity (DynamoDB).
• Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize end-to-end data workflows from collection to user-facing tools.
• Create efficient data models and automation pipelines for AD/ADAS systems.
• Develop robust APIs to support data analytics applications.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams; mentor engineers.
