Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Data Engineer to join our talent network and work on AI-driven data projects for U.S. clients. You will integrate with client teams, build scalable data pipelines, and deploy data solutions in production environments.

The role requires 4+ years of data engineering experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and proficiency with DBT, Airbyte, and AWS data services. Remote, project-based work with Agile teams is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong Python for data engineering, data processing, transformation, and automation.
• Strong SQL experience with PostgreSQL and data modeling.
• Hands-on DBT, Airbyte, and AWS data stack experience.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs in production environments.
• Proficient with Docker, Linux CLI, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and large systems.

Responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines and transformation workflows.
• Model data and optimize ingestion from multiple sources.
• Build and expose RESTful APIs for production use.
• Contribute to reusable data tooling and libraries.

The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Data Engineer (Python + AWS + DBT).

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.


• Advanced English is required.


• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.


• Strong professional experience with Python for data engineering, data processing, transformation, and automation.


• Strong SQL experience, with hands-on experience working with PostgreSQL and data modeling concepts.


• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and transformation workflows using DBT.


• Experience with data integration and ingestion, including hands-on experience with Airbyte.


• Experience working with the AWS data stack, particularly S3, Lambda, and Step Functions.


• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs in production environments.


• Hands-on experience with Docker, Linux CLI, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.


• Experience working with healthcare or health-related data is strongly preferred.


• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and translate data requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.


• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.


• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.


• Forensic attention to detail.


• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.


• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.


• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
