Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in data engineering, hands-on AWS and Snowflake experience, and strong Python/Java/Scala coding skills to deliver observable, maintainable pipelines and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of Data Engineering experience with data solutions.
• Proficient in SQL, including complex queries and tuning.
• Production experience with AWS data services and Snowflake.
• Strong programming skills in Python/Java/Scala; experience with data processing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL for large data volumes.
• Optimize storage, retrieval, and performance; ensure cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance measures.
• Develop data integrations between internal systems and external sources.
• Document data pipelines, models, and processes; provide ownership and support.
