Job summary

Deloitte's GPS AI & Data team in the United States seeks a PROJECT - Data Engineer II to design, build, test, and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines for analytics, reporting, and AI use cases.

You will develop ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions on cloud platforms, implement data models and quality controls, and collaborate with analysts, architects, and clients to translate requirements into robust data solutions. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed.
• 1+ years of experience with Power Apps solutions, SQL, and Python.
• 1+ years of experience with data visualization and data mining.
• Must be eligible for Secret security clearance.
• Ability to travel 0-10% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions on cloud platforms.
• Implement data models and quality controls to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Support deployment, documentation, defect resolution, and ongoing enhancement of data products.
