Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Data Engineer II for a 5-month, onsite assignment in Dallas, TX. You will join the AWS Field Experience and RAIn teams to design scalable data solutions, build ETL pipelines, and empower field analytics with reliable, scalable data access.

Job Description:

• The AWS Field Experience (AFX) , Revenue Lifecycle Automation and Intelligence (RAIn) team is seeking a passionate, innovative, and results oriented Data Engineer to design and build scalable solutions that empower our field teams.
• You'll bring industry best practices and standards to solve complex business problems, define meaningful metrics, and create systems that operate reliably at scale.

Responsibilities:

• As a Data Engineer you will be working in one of the world's largest and most complex data warehouse environments.
• You will be developing and supporting the analytic technologies that give our customers timely, flexible and structured access to their data.
• You will be responsible for designing and implementing a platform using inhouse reporting tools, modeling metadata, building reports and dashboards in Quick Suite.
• You will work with business customers in understanding the business requirements and implementing solutions to support analytical and reporting needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of data engineering experience
• 3 + years of Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
• 3+ years of developing and operating largescale data structures for business intelligence analytics using data modeling experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Deep SQL fluency
• Deep Python (or equivalent) fluency for orchestration, data quality automation, and pipeline tooling beyond SQL
• Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles and permissions
• Experience with nonrelational databases / data stores (object storage, document or keyvalue stores, graph databases, columnfamily databases)

Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:

• High SQL fluence and Data Analysis
• High python knowledge
• Strong ETL experience

Nice to haves:

• 1. AWS Stack Experience
• 2. Experience with data modeling, warehousing
• 3. Developing and operating largescale data structures for business intelligence analytics using data modeling experience
