Job summary

Netomi, a leading enterprise AI platform, is seeking an Analytics Engineer to build and optimize scalable data pipelines, collaborate with data science and product teams, and drive insights that shape product decisions.

You will work with Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Snowflake, and cloud data platforms, write Python code with tests, and help improve data quality and real-time analytics in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or backend software development.
• Strong experience with Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, RDS).
• Experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ for building asynchronous, decoupled systems.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Luigi, Prefect).
• Cloud-based data platforms (AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable data pipelines using Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Snowflake, etc.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes to ingest data from various sources.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and derive insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to design data models for analytics.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code with unit and integration tests.
• Thrive in an agile, collaborative environment and own end-to-end feature delivery.
