Job summary

Lemon.io is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a full-time, remote contract lasting 5-6 months. You will design and optimize data pipelines on Azure, work with Databricks and dbt, and help shape data architectures to power AI and analytics initiatives.

You will join a Stockholm-based team operating on CET hours in a hands-on, IC role. Fluency in English is required, with strong data engineering experience and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering experience.
• Strong dbt, Databricks, and Azure expertise.
• Fluent English; proactive and ownership-driven.
• Nice-to-have: Airflow, PySpark, Data Mesh, CI/CD and GitHub practices.

Responsibilities

The client, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of home appliances, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a full-time, remote contract lasting 5-6 months, collaborating with a Stockholm-based team on CET hours. A hands-on, individual-contributor role. You'll build and maintain scalable data pipelines and modern data architecture on Azure, delivering trusted, high-impact data products that power the company's AI and analytics initiatives.
