Job summary

Qualifications
- US citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in CS or IS or related field.
- 3+ years designing ETL pipelines with SSIS or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server design, queries, and indexing.
- Experience data migration on enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks.
- Ability to document complex data transformations clearly.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL pipelines using SSIS to migrate legacy data.
- Define data mappings, transformation rules, and validation logic.
- Collaborate with SMEs to validate mappings with 90% sign-off.
- Build Data Dictionary and ER Diagrams updated each sprint.
- Optimize MS SQL Server schemas, queries, and indexing for performance.
- Support CI/CD data-layer test automation and link ETL tasks to user stories.
- Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies and sprint reviews.
