Responsibilities

• Monitoring of ETL processes and reports where necessary.
• Troubleshooting failures in the production environment.
• Restarting production processes in a timely fashion.
• Dealing with internal business partners to reach root causes.
• Providing detailed updates on work assignments to managers.
