• Own end-to-end solutions from design to deployment and operational support, ensuring long-term health and reliability.
• Lead design discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and guide engineering decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions delivering customer value.
• Use logs and metrics to drive decisions, and build observability into system design for performance and reliability.
• Mentor peers and contribute to engineering capability growth across the team.
• Continuously improve development practices and stay current with emerging technologies.
