Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related role.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Understanding of data modeling and data architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines to ingest data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain ELT processes for data ingestion.
• Monitor pipelines, perform root cause analysis, and fix issues.
• Collaborate with SMEs and architects to create scalable data assets.
• Design, implement, and manage relational databases.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources.
• Ensure data cleanliness, consistency and integrity.
• Partner with QA to implement data quality checks and governance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows and systems.
