Job summary

Bose Corporation in Framingham, MA is seeking a junior Data Engineer to help build and maintain data pipelines within Bose's Data Platform. You will work closely with internal customers to design, deploy, and monitor data flows, gaining hands-on experience across the data stack.

You'll apply Python, SQL, and AWS Serverless concepts in an agile environment, under guidance from a Senior Data Engineer, while expanding your knowledge of the Bose data ecosystem and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Junior Data Engineer will design and support data pipelines.
• Focus on AWS Serverless, Python and SQL coding.
• Operate in an agile delivery team and learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Continuing the full life cycle management of data pipelines: design, develop, and provide production support for data pipelines that support customer experiences on connected devices, web and mobile apps.
• Staying up to date on relevant technologies, participating in user groups, understanding trends, and identifying opportunities to adopt best techniques and tools (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Serverless).
• Collaborating with AWS Cloud Architects to optimize scalable, serverless solutions and become the SME for AWS solutions.
• Working in multi‑functional agile teams to continuously experiment, iterate, and deliver on new data product objectives.
