Job summary

Agile Defense, LLC is seeking a Data Engineer to join the CDAO Central program. You will design and deploy AI-enabled data pipelines and ML services in secure, containerized environments, collaborating with product, engineering, and mission stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data engineering or software engineering, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience with Databricks, Palantir Foundry, and cloud platforms. On-site work at SCIF in DC is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data Eng or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and managing complex data pipelines and data-centric solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data frameworks; ML model deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, AI-enabled data solutions within secure environments.
• Shape and deploy data pipelines, pre-processing workflows, feature engineering, and ML services.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, platform engineers, and stakeholders to turn data into insights.
• Contribute to reproducibility, testing, and continuous delivery in agile settings.
