Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a data engineer to design and maintain scalable data pipelines, write optimized SQL, and collaborate with analytics, data science, and software teams in Dallas.

You will build ETL/ELT processes, ensure data quality, and help shape data models for reporting and machine learning initiatives; a Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering and 1–3 years experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional Data Engineering or related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database concepts.
• Familiarity with Git and software development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Develop data processing solutions using Python.
• Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot data quality or processing issues.
• Work with data analysts, data scientists, software engineers, and business teams.
• Design and maintain data models and database structures.
