Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain the data pipelines, schemas, and medallion architecture enabling real-time reporting, predictive modeling, and AI-enabled insights at scale for the Jobs Council in New York City.

You will serve as the internal technical lead for data integration, collaborate with analysts and vendors, and help create analytics-ready infrastructure to advance workforce equity in New York.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering in production.
• Experience with ETL/ELT design, data modeling, and cloud-native platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and API/webhook integrations.
• Experience with relational databases, CRM systems (Salesforce), and lakehouse/medallion architectures.
• Track record of building automated reporting infrastructure and reusable data templates.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data pipelines including bronze/silver/gold architecture.
• Design and maintain data models and schemas for analytics.
• Partner with analysts to build dashboards and KPI reporting.
