Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing LLC is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Data Strategy and Services Team in Lincoln, NE. You will build systems to collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information, enabling reliable analytics, performance insights, and ML/AI readiness.

You will design and maintain the Enterprise Data Warehouse and related databases, develop SQL queries, ensure data integrity and security, and collaborate cross-functionally to advance data platforms across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years designing, developing, and maintaining data integration pipelines.
• 4+ years developing data warehousing components and automation/scheduling.
• 4+ years experience managing large datasets from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data integration systems, services, and pipelines.
• Maintain automated data movement from sources to storage targets.
• Extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses/lakes with quality checks.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for business applications and reports.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance across platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Strategy & Services team on architecture and best practices.
