Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring a Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data solutions supporting data generation, collection, and processing. You will lead end-to-end data pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive performance improvements across campaigns and products.

You will apply advanced data engineering practices, mentor teammates, and contribute to key technical decisions in a dynamic project-based environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with advanced proficiency in Data Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency with Python, SQL, Data Pipelines and Data Processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of scalable data architectures to support evolving business needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to align data solutions with organizational goals and technical standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Analyze complex data challenges and develop innovative approaches to enhance data reliability and efficiency.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in data management and pipeline development to elevate overall quality.
• Utilize SQL and Python to engineer data pipelines and analyze legacy products and new features.
• Build reporting dashboards and visualizations to design, create and track campaign program KPIs.
• Perform analyses on large data sets to understand drivers of marketing engagement and provide recommendations on campaign and product optimization.
• Project manage analytics tooling feature development from intake to QA and stakeholder updates.
• Interface with marketers and analysts to gather reporting needs and act as point of contact.
• Interface with data engineering, product and data science teams to implement client needs.
