Job summary

i360 and Koch seek a Data Engineer to design and implement end-to-end data pipelines. You will work with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Snowflake and Spark to deliver robust data platforms, translating business needs into scalable data flows. The role requires 3+ years in data engineering, Java or Python expertise, and CI/CD savvy.

You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, guiding architecture decisions and mentoring peers. This is a full‑time, on-site opportunity in the Arlington area.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science or Data Science/Statistics.
• 3+ years in data engineering, BI, data modeling, ETL pipelines and data warehouses.
• Strong RDBMS concepts and query optimization.
• Java or Python enterprise development experience.
• CI/CD tooling like Git, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and build end-to-end SQL and NoSQL database solutions.
• Load and process disparate data sets with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, Spark.
• Translate requirements into system/data flows and develop scalable solutions.
• Mentor team members and oversee QA and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance of data platforms.
