Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a development team delivering and maintaining critical data pipelines and billing system updates
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL-based solutions using Snowflake
• Support integration and enhancement of enterprise billing platforms such as CSG and/or ICOMS
• Analyze business and technical requirements to implement scalable data and billing solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within billing data flows and system integrations
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other developers to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working on teams supporting critical data delivery and billing systems
• Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake SQL (query development, optimization, data modeling)
• Solid technical working knowledge of software development principles and data systems
• Experience with CSG and/or ICOMS billing systems
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills in data‑intensive environments
• Ability to work in a collaborative, agile team environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern data architecture
• Experience in telecommunications, utilities, or subscription‑based billing environments
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Python, Java, etc.)
