Job Duties

• Build the Customer Brain: Design the system that ingests and synthesizes customer insights across product, growth, sales, and support.
• Own Our Postgres Universe: Design schemas, optimize multi-join queries, and make analytics sing at scale.
• Automate Workflows: Connect tools, APIs, and LLMs through low-code pipelines (e.g., N8N, custom automations).
• Cross-Functional Analytics: Power dashboards and analysis across everything from feature adoption to MRR trends.
• Foundational Work: Lay the groundwork for AI-first infrastructure, enabling faster decision-making and smarter ops across the company.

Preffered Skills

• Postgres Wizardry: Youre fluent in SQL and can diagnose slow queries in your sleep.
• Startup Seasoned: Youve built infrastructure from scratch, ideally as the solo data hire or in small, scrappy teams.
• Automation-Literate: N8N, Zapier, or custom scripting for data pipelines is your jam.
