Job summary

EY is seeking a data/AI-focused leader in the United States to drive product and platform outcomes. You will guide cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers, engaging daily with clients to identify opportunities and ensure quality across engagements.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work with Python, R, SQL, and GenAI tooling, while managing budgets and relationships. Travel may be required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, ML, CS, statistics, engineering, analytics or related field.
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience building scalable data solutions using Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data pipelines, streaming architectures and big data ecosystems.
• Cloud computing architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery with quality control.
• Engage with clients daily; identify opportunities for services.
• Manage resource plans and budgets; oversee engagement economics.
