Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute across the requirements, design, and coding lifecycle for financial services clients in the United States. You will document business requirements, guide technical teams, and implement features with a focus on reliability and quality.

The role includes leading design discussions, code reviews, test strategy execution, and developing end-user training materials. Some relocation/travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• US work authorization required; relocation/travel to work/project location may be required.
• Experience across the full SDLC and hands‑on coding is expected.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements for elicitation in line with guidance.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions to guide the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates while maintaining stability.
• Perform code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for new software.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies to improve reliability.
• Maintain records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.
