Build and operate governed data services by leading pipeline development, data migration support, and reliable database operations for ACWS.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ACWS data pipelines, including mappings, integrations, and reporting feeds.
- Support data migration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and ongoing data quality management.
- Coordinate data requirements with BI, application, architecture, and database teams.
- Document data flows, transformation logic, assumptions, and validation outcomes.
- Recommend improvements to data reliability, automation, analytics readiness, and governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or a related tech field.
- Relevant certification(s) in data engineering, cloud platforms, databases, Agile methodologies, and CompTIA Security+.
- 4+ years in data engineering including ETL/ELT, database design/development, data integration, data migration, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Oracle Database, Amazon RDS for Oracle, PostgreSQL, AWS data services, and ETL/ELT technologies.
- Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance based on Government requirements.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing data supporting Appian environments.
- Strong desire for experience with Oracle environments, including data warehouse or business intelligence support.
- Experience with phased data migration, contract-related data, and collaboration with architects, developers, and operational stakeholders in federal mission systems.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, reporting feeds, metadata, data lineage, and integration patterns.
- Oracle certification preferred.
Location and Compensation

- Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 per year
