Job summary

Jobtailor in Washington, DC seeks a data engineer to build and maintain data pipelines using AI tools and ensure data quality. You will transform large datasets into clearer, performant datasets and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enable data-driven customer services.

The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, plus experience with data warehousing tools like Azure, Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, and Sigma. A passion for adopting new technologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience working as part of a data team.
• Very comfortable in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python for complex data analyses.
• Confidence with data warehousing fundamentals and tools (Azure, Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, Sigma).
• Comfortable exploring and adopting new technologies.
