At Exerizon, we have redefined the traditional consulting model: we are not merely a service provider, but a partner who shares both the risk and the success with our clients. We are building a data team from the ground up-and you will help decide its direction. We work on modern data platform projects-Data Lakes, Data Lakehouses, and cloud data warehouses on Databricks or Snowflake-as well as AI-assisted data migrations. AI also supports us every day: we automate repetitive, tedious tasks, leaving you with the work that truly requires thought and decision-making.

Требования:

• 2-4 years of experience (mid-level) or 4+ years (senior-level)
• Good knowledge of at least one of the platforms: Databricks or Snowflake
• Good knowledge of SQL and Python
• Knowledge of at least one database engine: Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL
• Good knowledge of data warehousing fundamentals: loading processes and layered architecture
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques (Kimball, Data Vault)
• Knowledge of data testing approaches and at least one tool such as dbt tests or Great Expectations
• Understanding of data lineage and data cataloging concepts
• Practical knowledge of process orchestration tools, e.g. Airflow, Dagster, dbt, or native platform mechanisms (Databricks Workflows, Snowflake Tasks)
• Basic knowledge of Azure or AWS in the context of data processing
• Ability to work with a Git repository
• Ability to create documentation for solutions you build
• Independence: managing your own tasks, their status, and priorities
• Curiosity when diagnosing data processing problems
• Openness to working with AI tools, e.g. Claude or GitHub Copilot
• Willingness to understand the business you provide data to-not just the technology you work with

• Practical knowledge of dbt as a transformation tool (beyond testing alone)
• Experience implementing solutions using CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code approaches, e.g. Databricks Asset Bundles (DAB), Snowflake CLI, Terraform, schemachange, Liquibase, or Flyway
• Knowledge of open table formats (Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg)
• Basic knowledge of data product concepts
• Knowledge of Row Level Security and Column Level Security mechanisms, along with the ability to implement them
• Knowledge of reference standards for selected domains: BIAN (banking), ACORD (insurance), HL7/FHIR (healthcare)
