Job summary

Taurean Consulting Group is seeking a senior Data Engineer to join a collaborative team and support a major cloud transformation project. This remote role focuses on migrating enterprise data platforms from on-prem to Google Cloud Platform and delivering scalable data solutions.

You will own design and implementation of data pipelines, APIs, and ingestion processes using GCP tools, with a strong emphasis on production reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Hands-on production experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with BigQuery and GCP Dataflow.
• Experience building APIs, data ingestion, and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and ingestion frameworks on Google Cloud Platform.
• Support large-scale on-prem to GCP cloud migrations.
• Develop and maintain solutions using BigQuery, GCP Dataflow, and Python.
