Job summary

LUZA Group ищет инженера данных для разработки и поддержки масштабируемых решений на Azure Databricks и/или Microsoft Fabric. Вы будете строить панели Power BI, моделировать данные и обеспечивать качество данных.

Кандидат имеет >=3 года опыта в Data Engineering, хорошие знания SQL и Data Warehousing, а также умеет переводить бизнес-требования в KPI и инсайты. Удаленная работа приветствуется; гибкие условия и современная инфраструктура компании.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable data engineering solutions using Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modelling, DAX development and performance optimisation.
• Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes to ensure reliable, consistent and high-quality data for BI consumption.
• Work with Azure Cloud data platforms, particularly Data Lakehouse architectures and modern data integration solutions.
• Design and query databases, leveraging strong SQL skills and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, metrics and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective data solutions.
• Support and guide end users in the adoption of BI and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting capabilities and business decision-making through data-driven insights.

Требования

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or an equivalent qualification.
• Bring at least 3 years of proven experience in Data Engineering, working with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Demonstrate solid experience in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX and performance optimisation.
• Have experience with BI and reporting tools, with a strong focus on end-user needs and adoption.
• Possess solid knowledge of databases and SQL, alongside an understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Understand ETL/ELT processes, data transformation and modelling principles, ensuring data consistency and quality.
• Have proven experience in Azure Cloud projects involving Data Lakehouse architectures.
• Demonstrate familiarity with modern Cloud environments and data integration platforms.
• Be able to translate business needs into clear metrics, KPIs and meaningful insights.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Be passionate about working with data and delivering tangible business value through actionable insights.
