Role Overview

In this onsite position in Temple Terrace, FL, you will contribute across the delivery lifecycle, including requirements elicitation, software design and coding, code reviews, testing and bug fixing, user enablement, documentation, and resolution of production issues. You will also maintain detailed records of code and support activities to strengthen the knowledge base across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned portions of business requirements according to provided guidance.
• Support software application design discussions and document design decisions to guide the technical team toward appropriate software solutions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications while maintaining system stability.
• Perform code reviews, make codebase changes, and maintain code repositories.
• Develop and apply test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to support transition to new software applications.
• Engage in production issue resolution and recommend preventative strategies to improve system reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist similar projects.
