Job summary

Security National Bank seeks a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations across enterprise systems, ensuring secure, accurate data for analytics and AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with business and technology partners to enhance data architecture, automate data flows, and document data lineage to support scalable data and analytics capabilities for the bank's future growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations across enterprise systems.
• Support and enhance the Bank's centralized data architecture, including data warehouse and analytics environments.
• Develop automated processes for extracting, transforming, validating, and loading data.
• Ensure data solutions are reliable, scalable, well-documented, and aligned with best practices.
• Promote data integrity, process efficiency, and effective system utilization.
• Evaluate and implement technologies that improve efficiency, automation, and service delivery.
• Partner on AI-enabled solutions, including applications utilizing AI, APIs, and automation tools.
• Establish scalable technical standards to support future growth and innovation.
• Contribute technical expertise and help build a strong data and analytics function.
• Support data governance standards, data quality initiatives, and reporting consistency.
• Maintain documentation for data sources, transformations, integrations, and reporting processes.
• Ensure data solutions comply with security, access management, audit, and compliance requirements.

The Data Engineer develops and maintains the Bank's data infrastructure, integrations, and automation solutions. Working closely with business and technology partners, this role ensures data is secure, accurate, and accessible while enabling operational efficiency, supporting innovation, and building a scalable foundation for the Bank's future data and AI initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
