Job summary

Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking a Technical Lead for Data Engineering with hands-on Snowflake-based data warehousing and modern ELT development using dbt. You will design scalable pipelines, enforce data quality, and lead architecture reviews while mentoring both on-site and offshore team members.

Proficiency in SQL, CI/CD for dbt, and cloud security is required, along with strong leadership and DevOps deployment experience. Onsite collaboration is expected to drive delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in Snowflake-based cloud data warehousing and ELT development using dbt (Core or Cloud).
• Advanced SQL skills with emphasis on incremental and snapshot strategies, performance tuning and cost optimization.
• Experience implementing CI/CD for dbt, integrating orchestration tools, and enforcing data quality through automated tests and observability.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, version control (Git), and DevOps deployment practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical design reviews and mentor data engineering teams, including offshore members.

Responsibilities

with deep proficiency in advanced SQL, incremental and snapshot strategies, performance tuning, and cost Eligible to workimization in Snowflake.
The candidate must have experience designing scalable, production-grade ELT pipelines, implementing CI/CD for dbt, integrating orchestration tools,
and enforcing data quality through automated testing and observability frameworks.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms and security in Snowflake, version control (Git), and DevOps-driven deployment practices is required, along with
demonstrated experience leading technical design reviews and mentoring data engineering teams and work in onsite-offshore model mentoring the offshore members to drive delivery.
