Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a data engineer to accelerate analytics initiatives. You will deploy data pipelines, design observability platforms, and implement metadata-driven solutions across cloud data ecosystems.

Required are 4+ years in software engineering, proficiency with SQL and Python, and experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, Terraform, Snowflake, and ELT workflows. Extensive data handling skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required.
  • At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code.
  • SQL and Python data manipulation with large datasets.

Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science
  • At least 4 years of work experience in software engineering
  • Experience with one or more of the major cloud vendors: AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools and methodologies
  • Experienced in SQL-based and python data manipulation with large datasets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science)
  • Experience with AWS and Terraform
  • Experience in designing ELT/ETL workflows
  • Programming experience in Python
  • Experience administering/tuning Snowflake
Physical Requirements

Physical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate through verbal interactions, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details to perform essential job functions. Salary Range: $140,000 to $175,000
