Accenture Flex is hiring a Data Engineer onsite in Mountain View, CA to build and maintain scalable data solutions, pipelines, and reporting for analytics and marketing use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of scalable data architectures to match evolving business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with organizational goals and technical standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues to enable knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
• Analyze complex data challenges and develop approaches to improve data reliability and efficiency
• Drive adoption of best practices in data management and pipeline development to improve overall quality
• Use SQL and Python to engineer data pipelines and perform routine and ad hoc analysis
• Assess performance of legacy products and evaluate saliency of new features through data analysis
• Build reporting dashboards and visualizations to design, create, and track campaign program KPIs
• Conduct analyses on large data sets to identify drivers of marketing engagement and recommend campaign and product optimization
• Project manage end-to-end analytics tooling feature development, including request intake, requirements evaluation, cross-functional alignment, feature execution, QA testing, and stakeholder communications
• Interface and consult with marketers, analysts, and cross-functional partners; act as point of contact for requests and inquiries
• Coordinate with data engineering, product, and data science teams to implement client needs and initiatives
• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions supporting data generation, collection, and processing
• Create data pipelines that ensure data quality and implement extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems
• Collaborate and manage the team to operate effectively
• Own team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems that affect multiple teams

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience with advanced proficiency in Data Engineering
• Advanced proficiency with Python, SQL, Data Pipelines, and Data Processing
• High School Diploma or GED
