Job summary

Conch Technologies Inc is seeking a Data Engineer for a 6+ month contract to hire in the Dallas area (Dallas/Coppell, TX) with Fort Wayne, IN as possible. The role focuses on building and maintaining data pipelines using Databricks and a medallion architecture.

Responsibilities include optimizing SQL and Python-based data processing, implementing Bronze-Silver-Gold data layers, and collaborating with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift and orchestration tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks and Spark-based data pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, window functions, and performance tuning.
• Python experience for data processing and automation (pandas or PySpark).
