Key Responsibilities

• Reproduce the deadline-driven bug from the Corpus Christi field report, then make it impossible again

• Stitch Facilitation events into the Creativity pipeline feeding Industrial Advantage Corp's technology reports
• Translate fuzzy product wishes from Industrial Advantage Corp stakeholders into shippable Creativity services

What You'll Bring

• Experience thriving in a collaborative, deadline-driven setting like Industrial Advantage Corp
• The judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire
• 4+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
• Self-direction that survives a quiet Slack channel
• A steady hand when three priorities all claim to be number one
• Fluency across Creativity and Networking, with strong opinions on both

Industrial Advantage Corp blends Networking and Clustering into technology products that feel, in the quality-focused words of its Corpus Christi, TX founders, inevitable. Our team in TX keeps a running list of what we'd do differently, and we actually act on it.

We offer $68,000 - $101,000 and the things money cannot fake, real mentorship, lasting benefits, and flexibility you will actually use.
