Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Three years of related experience.
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of advanced analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving, client relations skills, requirement assessment and analysis, project management methodology, and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, maintain and monitor user dashboard and data collection structures.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting formats, and data access tools for core research data.
• Develop and maintain web applications, mobile interfaces, and data integration across platforms.
• Coordinate with IT and research teams to ensure security, accessibility and usability.
