Zusammenfassung

KPI Solutions is seeking a Consultant to support engagements focused on operational improvement, warehouse automation, and network optimization. You’ll work in a cross-functional team, analyzing client operations and building data-driven recommendations for successful project outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, fellow consultants, and cross-functional teams, gaining increasing ownership and leadership opportunities. Regular travel to KPI COEs (up to 25%) is required.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Mathematics or related field.
• 2–5 years of supply chain, logistics, operations, or consulting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL or relational databases.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Participate in scoped client engagements as part of the consulting team.
• Collaborate with project managers and fellow consultants to deliver outcomes.
• Analyze operational, financial, and supply chain data to surface opportunities.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and support solution development.
• Take part in customer meetings, workshops, and onsite assessments.
• Build client deliverables and presentations to land analyses.
