Job summary

Amarr, a part of ASSA ABLOY, seeks a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to support end-to-end analytics across purchasing, logistics, and inventory. You will develop KPI dashboards and provide actionable insights to improve cost, service, and operational performance.

The role collaborates with procurement, sourcing, operations, and finance to analyze spend, optimize freight, and align SI&OP. A bachelor’s in a related field is required; advanced Excel, SQL or Python experience, and ERP familiarity

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, or Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting sourcing or logistics projects preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data across purchasing, logistics, and inventory functions.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (OTIF, inventory turns, supplier OTD, freight cost per unit, stocking settings).
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost drivers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across supply chain reporting.
• Perform spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, and cost modeling.
• Support RFQs, negotiations, and supplier selection activities.
• Evaluate supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Partner with Sourcing and Engineering on VA/VE initiatives.
• Analyze freight spend, carrier performance, and transportation network efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and routing improvements.
• Investigate and resolve service failures.
• Monitor inventory levels, demand trends, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory and stockouts.
• Support SI&OP alignment.
• Lead and implement changes related to DRP and MRP system.
• Capacity smoothing planning as it relates to inventory builds and levels throughout the supply chain.
• Partner with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, and Finance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and new product introductions and development.
