Job summary

Spectrum Reach’s Data team is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Development to build and lead the next generation of data products. You will design, mentor, and scale teams responsible for delivering high-impact software with a data-first mindset.

You should be a hands-on leader who can drive delivery, establish standards, and partner with stakeholders to align on roadmaps. This role is based in the Atlanta area and requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment while delivering

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in building and developing software teams.
• Experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong focus on automation, testing, and code quality.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Python and modern software architectures.
