Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality processes for complex, technology-driven construction projects. The role emphasizes a data-driven approach to inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement, including collaboration with project stakeholders on quality plans and checklists.

You will guide teams on site, perform root-cause analyses, and ensure compliance with codes and standards while driving proactive problem-solving and effective reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction QA/QC or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and quality specifications for advanced technology projects.
• Experience with QA/QC software, documentation tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with trade contractors on job sites and guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative planning sessions with stakeholders to develop project-specific quality plans and checklists.
• Manage inspections, energization, and commissioning activities; document results and track progress.
• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC records and generate clear reports for stakeholders.
• Apply knowledge of quality standards and best practices to drive continuous improvement on projects.
• Lead root-cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Mentor project teams and subcontractors in understanding quality standards and procedures.
