City of New York is seeking a Project Development Coordinator for Bronx Operations in a full-time role based in the Bronx. You will support Bronx Operations, work with the Chief and Deputy Chiefs, and prepare comprehensive reports.

The job emphasizes data analysis, system administration, and cross-agency liaison to optimize park services. Qualifications include a baccalaureate degree with 2 years of related experience or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant community work experience.
One year minimum experience if meeting alternative education path.
Demonstrated ability to perform administrative and data-related tasks.

Responsabilités

Perform difficult administrative tasks for Bronx Operations under general direction.
Prepare and track weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
Analyze data from internal systems and external sources for trends.
Manage databases and improve data collection processes.
Create presentations and tools for data-informed decisions.
Provide support to borough managers and supervisors for AMPS and BTS.
Produce division communications and liaise with the agency communications team.
Coordinate with IT on permissions, repairs, and rollouts of new technologies.
Maintain Borough Emergency Preparedness documents.
Represent the agency at meetings and coordinate with other divisions.
