The role emphasizes data analytics to forecast trends and streamline operations, supporting both Production and overall company operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Plant Manager and Sales on orders, manage mold changes and manpower, and maintain daily production schedules to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Business/Operations preferred.
• High school diploma or GED with hands-on manufacturing or administrative experience.
• Optional APICS/ASCM CPIM certification.

Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain and review daily production reports and forecasts.
• Review and track production goals; adjust strategies as needed.
• Coordinate mold changes and manpower with Plant Manager and Sales.
• Escalate scheduling and manpower issues to Plant Manager/COO/owner.
• Create and update daily production schedules prioritizing deadlines.
• Review client orders for accuracy and forecast production scheduling.
• Monitor on-hand inventory for production needs.
• Collaborate on mold changes, mold repair and performance.
• Communicate schedule changes to Operations leadership; ensure on-time production.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Business/Operations

High school diploma or GED with manufacturing/admin experience

CPIM certification (optional)
