• Identify gaps between Lumi and Yellow brick capabilities
• Work alongside a senior product manager to manage large-scale analytical products
• Learn data processing through Amex's network
• Gain exposure to systems like merchant characteristics and fraud
• Understand key Amex products from both business and data standpoint
• Lead implementation of automated reports with technical team
• Document user interviews, personas, and workflows
