Job summary

Vestcom is seeking a Space Planning Analyst to manage planogram versions, store combinations, and provide reporting and data analysis. You will ensure planogram integrity, keep the database current, and guide implementation in stores.

You will interact across all levels of the organization, including senior management, as an individual contributor without supervisory responsibilities, located at the Goodlettsville facility.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with 1+ year of business experience.
• Experience with JDA software systems highly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office apps required.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills are required.
• Knowledge of store merchandising and retail analytics desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Must align with Vestcom's core values.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate planograms and merchandising data for space planning analyses.
• Layout new/remodeled stores to support company growth programs.
• Translate department strategies into category merchandise plans.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to maximize financial performance.
• Collaborate on category strategies and line reviews with clients and merch managers.
• Create planograms and store layouts for seasonal merch plans.
• Use space planning software to maintain shelf labels in stores.
• Maintain archives of category plans and line reviews with vendor data.
• Ensure database is current with updated planogram files.
• Provide data and reporting to other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
